While working as project director for agriculture dept mrs. Mathur conceptualized the idea of developing bio fertilizer through cow dung, which was used as a fertilizer by the poor farmers of rajasthan. Since then experimentation of 3 years and her dedication towards the environment LED to development of vermi compost. This has been developed through a mixture of cow dung and earthworm. The process went on and finally the product received was lab tested which provided astonishing results. The fertilizer has highest percentages of nitrogen, phosphorous and potash.
